Everest Organics has informed that CS Tanmaya Kumar Jena (ACS-74794) vide his letter dated March 26, 2025 has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on account of his personal reasons with effect from close of working hours of March 26, 2025. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. The Board of Directors of the Company placed its appreciations for the valuable services rendered by CS Tanmaya Kumar Jena to the Company during his tenure. Further, Sirisha Sri Kakarlapudi, Managing Director & CEO shall act as Compliance Officer for all listing regulations compliance until appointment of new Company Secretary cum Compliance officer.
