Adani Green Energy has informed Adani Renewable Energy Holding Twelve (‘AREH12L’), a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company, has received a Letter of Award (‘LOA’) from Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (‘UPPCL’) for supply of 400 MW solar power from grid connected solar PV power project to be developed in the state of Rajasthan at a tariff of Rs. 2.57/kWh for a period of 25 years. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is attached as Annexure A. LOA was received by the Company at 6.39 PM on March 27, 2025
