United Textiles has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of United Textiles Limited (‘the Company”) will be closed with effect from Tuesday, 1st, April, 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the Stock Exchanges are Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders. The Trading Window shall remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Period Ending 31st March, 2025.
