Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, Kapil Cotex has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company w.e.f. 1st April, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the Year and Quarter ended 31st March, 2025.
