Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems has informed that Swati Jain has resigned as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (CO) as well as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 31 March, 2025 from the close of business on Monday, 31st March, 2025. The Company has accepted her decision to resign from the services of the Company with Immediate Effect. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the regulation. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee will identify and recommend to the Board, a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer for appointment in due course of time. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Agreement read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are provided in Annexure A.
