Adani Power has informed that Ramesh Jha, a Whole-time Director of the Company’s material subsidiary, namely, Adani Power (Jharkhand) (APJL), has resigned to continue his office as such with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2025. Consequently, he ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2025. The disclosure, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the applicable SEBI Circular on Continuous Disclosure Requirements for listed entities, concerning the above, is enclosed as Annexure I to this intimation. Also, a copy of the resignation letter from Ramesh Jha, is enclosed as Annexure II.
