White Organic Retail has informed that White Organic Retail is currently involved in discussions which are at a preliminary stage and no definitive agreements have been reached yet. The said proposal may lead to a potential acquisition of a Company named Manara Healthcare, a leading manufacturer of ayurvedic skin care products based out of Kochi, Kerala. The acquisition is being discussed is entirely cashless as a share swap. The Company shall keep the stakeholders informed of all the material developments, as and when they occur. Further, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall promptly disclose any material developments once the discussions lead to a binding agreement or material changes in the status of the negotiations.
