Sandhar Technologies, Tech Mahindra and SJVN to see some action today

Sandhar Technologies has taken a significant step forward in its growth journey by executing a Business Transfer Agreement on March 26, 2025. Through this agreement, Sandhar Ascast, its wholly-owned subsidiary, has successfully acquired the high pressure and low pressure Aluminium die casting business of Sundaram-Clayton (SCL) (at its Hosur Plant), a prominent player in the sector. This acquisition represents a pivotal expansion of Sandhar Ascast's operations, positioning it to leverage substantial growth opportunities in the upcoming Financial years. The acquisition is being made via all-cash deal valued at Rs 163 crore, subject to adjustments as per the terms outlined in the Business Transfer Agreement at the time of deal closure.

The partnership will revolutionize the automotive, manufacturing, and smart factory sectors by delivering advanced agentic AI solutions that leverage real-time data analytics, enabling businesses to drive innovation and efficiency at scale. The partnership will combine Tech Mahindra’s deep industry expertise and digital transformation capabilities with CrateDB’s high-performance database technology to unlock the full value of data for industrial customers.

SJVN’s wholly owned subsidiary -- SJVN Green Energy (SGEL) has achieved a significant milestone with successful completion of Trial Run of 241.77 MW capacity in Phase-I of 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project on March 31, 2025. The said capacity is currently under operation and is all set to achieve COD on April 02, 2025. This project, with a total planned capacity of 1,000 MW, is slated for full commissioning by September 30, 2025.

In a significant step towards transforming MSME financing in India, four leading public sector banks Bank of Baroda, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, and UCO Bank have signed up for the world’s largest unified Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform, PSBXchange by PSB Alliance, developed and powered by Veefin Solutions. This collaboration marks a critical milestone in enabling broader financial inclusion for MSMEs in the country. This platform is on track to become the common technology bridge for all banks and NBFCs in the country to source and provide supply chain finance and small business loans. 

Atul Auto has sold 3,693 units in the month of March 2025, an 18.06% increase as compared to 3,128 units sold in March 2024. The company has sold 34,012 units in FY25 as against 26,039 units sold in FY24, showing a rise of 30.62%.  

Ganesh Benzoplast has bagged order worth Rs 169.24 crore from JSW Jaigarh Port for Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection & commissioning of Chemical Tank Farm Project on EPC basis, including construction of 11 Chemical tanks, Dock Pipeline and civil works. The said order is to be executed in around 27 months from commencement.
