The above items were already intimated to Stock Exchange within the due time as outcome of Postal ballot along with the scrutinizers report on March 27, 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to the aforesaid items are enclosed as Annexure 1.
