Pursuant to Regulation 30 reads with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Deepak Builders & Engineers India has informed that it enclosed Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the members by way of Ordinary Resolution through Remote e-voting process, for appointment of Mr. Harnam Singh Khosa (DIN: 10945692) as Director (Executive) of the company. The Postal Ballot Notice dated 1st April, 2025 alongwith the explanatory statement is being sent to those members, who hold equity shares of the company as on cut-off date ie. Friday, 4th April, 2025, on their registered email id with the Depositories/Company. Further, there will be no dispatch of physical copies of Postal Ballot Notice or forms to the members of the company and no physical ballot forms will be accepted by the company. The remote e-voting period will commence from Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 9.00 am and will end on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 5.00 pm. The results of the voting by postal ballot will be announced not later than two working days from the conclusion of the remote e-voting. The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the website of the Company.
