Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, TD Power Systems has informed that the Company has received an email yesterday from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) cautioning about the delay in disclosing ‘the outcome of Board Meeting held on May 23, 2024 regarding the Dividend’ within 30 minutes of its conclusion. In this regard the relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI listing regulations read with SEBI Master circular dated November 11,2024 are enclosed, along with a copy of NSE’s email. The Company remains committed to upholding the highest corporate governance practices and has already taken necessary steps to avoid recurrence of such delays in the future.
