BLS International Services’ subsidiary -- BLS International FZE has completed the subscription of 99.99% of the share capital of BLS Worldwide Services Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. As a result of this subscription, BLS Worldwide Services Inc. is now a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company (SDS).
BLS International Services is a part of the four decades old BLS Group with a global presence and diversified range of services in polymers and petrochemicals, education, electronics, asset management, visa processing and management consulting.
