Narayana Hrudayalaya has entered into an operation and management agreement with M/s Kammavari Sangham to set-up hospital infrastructure to be run and operated by Narayana Hrudayalaya with capacity of 110 beds in the Bengaluru South region. The project is expected to commence operations in the FY 2026-27.
Under the agreement, M/s Kammavari Sangham shall provide hospital facility to the company in the Bengaluru South region on a long-term basis for the company to run and operate the same subject to the terms of the said agreement with customary payment terms, representation and warranties and obligations under such nature of understanding.
