With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26 November 2018 and subsequent circulars issued in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates, in compliance with the circular Kalyan Jewellers India has informed that the Company, is ‘not under the category of Large Corporate’ as per the conditions mentioned in framework provided to identify large corporates in the aforesaid circular.
