Sobha registers 22% rise in total sales value during Q4FY25

Sobha has reported 22.05% rise in total sales value to Rs 1835.70 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 1504.00 crore in Q4FY24. In Q3FY25, its total sales value stood at Rs 1388.60 crore. The average price realization stood at Rs 11,781/ square feet in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 11,230/ square feet in Q4FY24.
