Keystone Realtors has achieved marginal growth in pre-sales to Rs 854 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 843 crore in Q4FY24. In Q3FY25, pre-sales stood at Rs 863 crore. Its collection stood at Rs 746 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 670 crore in Q4FY24, showing a growth of 11% YoY basis. During Q4FY25, company has completed 2 RERA projects (Parishram at Pali Hill and Wing K at Global City Virar) with total construction area of 0.26 mn sqft. With this, the company has completed 5 projects with a total construction area of 0.72 mn sqft.
Further, Pre-Sales for FY25 are Rs 3028 crore as compared to Rs 2266 crore in FY24, showing a growth of 34% Year-on-Year basis hereby successfully achieving the guidance of Pre-Sales given for FY25. Collections for FY25 stood at Rs 2326 crore as compared to Rs 2203 crore in FY24 showing a growth of 6% Year-on-Year basis.
