With reference to its letter dated March 25, 2025, wherein the company informed about the approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Borosil has informed further that the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with the name and style of ‘Stylenest India’ has been incorporated on April 8, 2025 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024, and December 31, 2024, are given in Annexure A. This is also being uploaded on the Company's website at www.borosil.com.
