Borosil has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary with the name and style of ‘Stylenest India’ on April 8, 2025. The incorporated subsidiary will be engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and distribution of household and kitchenware products and related items, subject to the receipt of necessary approvals.
Earlier, the company had received approval from its board for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary with the name and style of ‘Stylenest India’ in its meeting held on March 25, 2025.
Borosil is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of Scientific and Industrial Products (SIP) and Consumer Products (CP).
