Ashoka Buildcon has sold 51% of its shareholding (2,550 equity shares) held in Prakashmaan Renewable Energy (Prakashmaan) to Sunbreeze Renewables (Sunbreeze). The Company has sold 2,550 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up, in Prakashmaan for a consideration of Rs 1.98 crore.
Subsequent to this transaction, the company will hold 2,450 equity shares (49%) and Prakashmaan will become an associate company.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
