Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as confirmed by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), Maheshwari Datamatics, Veedol Corporation has clarified that no dematerialization request for the equity shares of the Company had been received by the RTA during the period 01/01/2025 to 31/03/2025. Therefore, confirmation in relation to dematerialization as stipulated under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, is not relevant and hence not required. A confirmation letter in this regard as received from Maheshwari Datamatics is enclosed.
