Suraksha Diagnostic has completed the acquisition of 63% equity shares in Fetomat Wellness (Fetomat) for an amount not exceeding to Rs 5.19 crore, in cash. With the acquisition of 63% equity shares, Fetomat will become the subsidiary of the Company. This strategic acquisition will expand the Company’s service portfolio by integrating fetal medicine expertise into the existing healthcare framework of the Company. The synergies between the Company and Fetomat will enhance innovation in fetal medical diagnostics, strengthening the Company’s position in the industry.
Suraksha Diagnostic is primarily engaged in the business of running diagnostic centres for carrying out various pathological and radiological services.
