Further, it has informed that the company has filed the following disclosures with BSE: 1. The respective intimation(s) and report(s) under Regulation 10(5) and 10(6) of SEBI SAST Regulations on 25th March, 2025 and 27th March, 2025 respectively. 2. The respective disclosure(s) under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 on 27th March, 2025.
