Prestige Estates Projects has incorporated a subsidiary company named as ‘Prestige Vaishnaoi Hospitality’ on April 11, 2025. ‘Prestige Vaishnaoi Hospitality’ is incorporated to carry on development of Hospitality project in Hyderabad.
The company has acquired 51% equity shares of Prestige Vaishnaoi Hospitality. The consideration of Rs 8,26,200 towards subscription of 51% of the paid-up share capital of the subsidiary in cash by the company. The company has subscribed to 82,620 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 8,26,200.
