Race Eco Chain has invested Rs 2.55 crore in the equity shares of M/s. Ganesha Recycling Chain, a subsidiary Company by way of subscription towards Rights Issue and has been allotted 2,55,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 100 each (Including Premium of Rs 90 per share) on April 15, 2025. Further, pursuant to the above acquisition of shares, the stake in the Subsidiary Company will remain same with 51% ownership.
