With reference to Regulation 30 of the Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, along with subsequent amendments, Varroc Engineering has informed that it enclosed the details of the enforcement award dated April 3, 2025, issued by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, British Virgin Islands (Enforcement Award), in connection with enforcement proceedings initiated by VarrocCorp Holding B.V. jointly with Varroc Engineering (collectively referred to as Varroc) against Beste Motors, British Virgin Islands and Varroc TYC Corporation, British Virgin Islands, for implementation of the ICC Singapore Award dated December 11, 2024 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal constituted under ICC Rules (ICC Award, Singapore). The final copy of the Award was received on April 16, 2025. The details of the Enforcement Award as required pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and further amendments thereto, are set out in Annexure A to this letter.
