Madhav Infra Projects has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Rahatgarh Berkhedi Corridor (RBCPL). The Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies, has been received by the company.
The new company has been incorporated to act as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the execution of the project awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
Madhav Infra Projects is engaged in development, construction as well as operation & maintenance of Infrastructure Projects.
