Pursuant to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, Purity Flexpack has confirmed that the company is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria provided in the aforesaid circulars. Therefore, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexure B2 to the aforesaid circular does not arise.
