Trading Window Closure: Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading, ithe Trading window for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, April 01, 2025 till Thursday, May 01, 2025 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till Thursday, May 01, 2025.
