Jana Small Finance Bank has informed that 1,03,591 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted on 22nd April 2025 pursuant to the exercise of options granted to the employees of the Bank under the ESOP scheme 2017 and ESOP scheme 2018. The Equity Shares allotted are fully paid-up and shall rank with the existing equity shares of the Bank. The Bank shall submit the application for listing and trading approval from BSE and National Stock Exchange. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 105056523 shares of Rs. 10 each to 105160114 shares of Rs. 10 each. The details of the said allotment are provided as Annexure- 1 to this letter.
