Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Candour Techtex has informed that Company has received adjudication order from Additional Commissioner CGST, to levy penalty of Rs.1,02,29,643 pursuant to Section 122(1)(vii) of the CGST Act, 2017 read with Section 20 of the IGST Act. The Company is currently assessing said Order and will take appropriate steps (including stay order, appeal and any other appropriate measure) within the stipulated timeframe. The details as required under 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 are provided in the enclosed Annexure A.
