Vascon Engineers has received Letter of Intent (LoI) amounting to Rs 85.43 crore (including GST) from Yucca Promoters LLP for construction of commercial building (including excavation and backfilling) at Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The work has been awarded on ‘lumpsum Basis’. The work has to be completed within 3 years from the acceptance of Letter of Intent.
