Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, VXL Instruments has informed that the Seventh Committee of Creditors (‘COC’) meeting was held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 11:30 am to 04:30 pm at 708, Raheja Centre, 7th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400 021 and/or through Audio/Video Conferencing. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A, sub para 16(i) thereof, it has informed that the Resolution Professional of the Company has received seventeen Resolution Plans from seventeen Prospective Resolution Applicants (PRAs). The Resolution Professional is in the process of examining the Resolution Plans in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Regulations framed thereunder.
