GeeCee Ventures has made an additional investment of Rs 3.24 lakh in Precision Wires India (PWIL) by acquiring 2,269 Equity Shares through open market purchase resulting in total investment in Precision Wires India of Rs 1.99 crore.

The Company as part of its investment activity has acquired shares of PWIL. This investment is a miniscule part of the investment portfolio of the company.
