Oriental Hotels has informed that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved today (April 25, 2025), the appointment of M. Alagar & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. The company has enclosed brief details of the aforesaid appointment in Annexure I.
