Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Sarla Performance Fibers Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2025 have approved the following: Change in Designation of Kanav Jhunjhunwala (DIN: 09507192) from Executive Director to Whole Time Director of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from April 25, 2025 to April 25, 2030. The same is subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting.
