Global Health has received approval from board of directors to purchase land parcel admeasuring 3 acres owned by Assam Electricity Grid Corporation (AEGCL), at a consideration of Rs 30 crore, situated at Guwahati, Assam for setting up of super speciality Hospital.
The aforesaid land parcel can accommodate construction of a 400+ bedded hospital with an estimated project cost of Rs 510 crore, subject to various customary and statutory approvals. The proposed capacity will be added over the next 3-4 years in a phased manner. Proposed site is strategically located on National Highway 27, offering seamless connectivity across the entire North East region. This expansion aims to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and will serve over 50 million people across Assam and its neighbouring states.
