Further in continuation to earlier disclosure dated 26th March, 2025, pursuant to Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company’s Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall open after 48 hours of declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results for quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the aforesaid code.
