The Indian Card Clothing Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, on April 29, 2025 which commenced at 10:15 am IST and concluded at 10:30 am IST: noted the resignation of Dr. Sriram Swaminathan – ‘Chief Financial Officer’ (whole-time key managerial personnel) of the Company. Dr. Sriram Swaminathan has resigned and shall be relieved from the services of the Company at the close of working hours on April 29, 2025. Pursuant to requirement of Regulation 30 read with Clause 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the Resignation Letter received from Dr. Sriram Swaminathan is enclosed; Based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the approval of the Audit Committee in their respective meetings held earlier today, appointed Sanjeevkumar Karkamkar -Executive Director of the Company as the ‘Chief Financial Officer’ (whole-time key managerial personnel) of the Company effect from April 30, 2025.
