Tamilnadu Petroproducts has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 6th May 2025, for considering the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 and recommendation of Dividend, if any. As intimated earlier, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
