In continuation to intimation for closure of Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company vide letter dated 24th March, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Somany Ceramics has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 7th May, 2025, to consider and approve: i. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025; ii. Recommendation of Final Dividend on the equity shares for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any; and iii. Other usual routine matters including any other matter brought before the Board, with the kind consent of the chair. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading, it has informed that the Trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till Friday, 9th May, 2025.
