Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 MSTC has informed that the Members of Board of Directors of the Company through Resolution by Circulation today approved the appointment of Bigshare Services as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company in place of Alankit Assignments for a period of five years with effect from 01.06.2025. Due to completion of tenure of Alankit Assignments as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, the Company selected new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent through open tender process.
