Sekar S, Chief Information Officer forming part of Senior Management Personnel of the Bank demitted the office on April 30, 2025, consequent to completion of term. Further, the disclosures as required under SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure I.
