Jindal Steel & Power reports consolidated net loss of Rs 303.59 crore in Q4

Jindal Steel & Power has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 91.61% drop in its net profit at Rs 107.53 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1281.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 5.09% at Rs 13086.59 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 13788.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 303.59 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to net profit of Rs 933.46 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 1.97% at Rs 13254.94 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 13521.31 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 31.33% fall in its net profit at Rs 3621.18 crore as compared to Rs 5273.30 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 1.68% at Rs 48932.41 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 49766.17 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 52.12% drop in its net profit at Rs 2845.68 crore as compared to Rs 5943.32 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 0.50% at Rs 49932.48 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 50183.36 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
