Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Praveg has informed that the company has successfully completed the formal handover of operations of its flagship resort property, Praveg Atoll’s, located on Bangaram Island, Lakshadweep, to Indian Hotels Company (IHCL). This handover is in accordance with the terms of the Hotel Management Agreement executed between the two companies, as previously disclosed on March 3, 2025.
