Further informed that, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 01st April 2025 till 31st May 2025, for designated persons.
