Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned step-down subsidiary -- Adani Green Energy Sixty Nine has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) for supply of 400 MW solar power from grid connected solar PV power project to be developed in the state of Rajasthan. The PPA was executed on May 3, 2025.
Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
