HG Infra Engineering’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- H.G. Green Energy has transferred 26% of its partial stake from each of H.G. Dhingsari Solar Project and H.G. Khariya Solar Project, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company to Stockwell Solar Services.
Pursuant to the said transfer of stake, the aforesaid entities shall cease to be Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of HG Infra Engineering. However, they shall continue to be the subsidiaries of HG Infra Engineering.
H.G. Infra Engineering is an infrastructure construction, development and management company with extensive experience in its focus area of road projects, including highways, bridges and flyovers.
