The leased premises will be utilized for setting up a new multi-specialty hospital with an estimated bed capacity of approximately 430 beds. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure- I and Annexure II
