In continuation to its earlier communication dated March 26, 2025, Karur Vysya Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. In connection with the above, the ‘Trading Window’ for Insiders has been closed from April 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till May 21, 2025 pursuant to Bank’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘Code of Conduct’) read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank’s Securities by the Directors, Promoters and Promoters Group, Designated Persons, all Connected Persons and Immediate Relatives as defined in the ‘Code of Conduct’. The Trading window shall open for trading on May 22, 2025.
