Sayaji Hotels (Pune) has informed that Goverdhan Singh Panwar vide letter dated 7th May, 2025 tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and as well as from its wholly owned subsidiary, Super Cviltech, due to the personal reasons. The Company had accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties from the closure of business hours on 5th June 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 are provided in Annexure A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Goverdhan Singh Panwar that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter which is annexed as Annexure B & C.
